Most apps ask where your money went. BooCoo asks if you're okay. The Vitals Score is the answer: one number, out of 100, at the top of the Overview. Here is what is behind it.
The card
The Financial Vitals card shows the score, a level word (climbing, holding, or slipping), and how the score moved since last week. Tap it for the full sheet.
What builds your score
Two readings, weighted equally:
- Trend. The direction your money has been moving, read from your own recent history.
- Runway. How far your reserves would carry you if income stopped. Tap the row to open the cash flow forecast behind it.
What can hold it down
Debt health does not add to the score. It can only hold it down. Rising card balances or an overdue payment pull the score below what trend and runway alone would give, and the sheet says so in plain words: either it is not weighing on your score, or it is holding your score down right now.
Data Confidence
The score says how sure it is. Confidence rises as your history grows and as more of your accounts are connected. A brand new connection starts with a few weeks of calibrating before a score appears at all.
See History
At the bottom of the sheet, See History shows the same score week by week, with each week's breakdown. It compares you to your own past, never to a target or to anyone else.
Where your data lives
Your financial data lives on your device and in your iCloud. Not ours. BooCoo cannot identify you: no email, no name, no login. We make money from subscriptions. There is nothing else to sell.
Common questions
Is a high score a good score?
It means your trend and runway are strong against your own history. There is no grade and no comparison to other people. The score is a reading, not a verdict.
Why does my score say Calibrating?
It needs a few weeks of transactions to measure runway and trends against your own history. It fills in automatically as data arrives. Nothing to set up.
Can I change what counts?
The Analysis Timeframe setting on the sheet switches between weekly and monthly reads. The blend itself is fixed, so every score means the same thing every time.
